Great Plains Cereal

Ingredients: cracked wheat, coarse rye meal, brown flax seeds, gold flax seeds

Directions: put 4 oz cereal & 1.5 cups of water into a pot. Cook on medium-low heat for 10-15 minutes. Salt to taste and serve with brown sugar and cream.
