how to prepare: 1 tsp per cup of milk. Whisk well then microwave. It will require whisking again after heating. Another thing to make it really yummy is to whisk together a tablespoon or two of melted coconut oil and a teaspoon of the spice mix- then add the milk and microwave or use steamed or foamed milk.
